1 The paper

The title and abstract are published exactly as you write them here, so they are worth a moment.

2 Authors

The first author listed is the corresponding author, and is the person we write to. Add the others in the order they should appear on the paper.

Free to create at orcid.org, and it is what keeps this paper attached to you rather than to your name.

3 Files

PDF or Word, up to 20 MB each. The similarity and AI reports are required: a paper cannot be screened without them.

4 Ethics and undertakings

Three questions and five undertakings. None is a perfectly good answer to the first three, and saying so is not the same as leaving them blank.

We do not refuse papers for using AI. We refuse papers that hide it, and generated citations are the usual way a paper falls apart at screening.
